تصور ذهنی معلمان زبان انگلیسی در مورد کلاس ایدئال آموزش زبان انگلیسی به کودکان و پیش‌بینی فرسودگی شغلی

چکیده
تصور معلمان از محیط آموزشی ایدئال بر سطح انگیزۀ آن‌ها تأثیرگذار است. این پژوهش به بررسی رابطۀ بین تصور ذهنی معلمان زبان انگلیسی کودکان و فرسودگی شغلی می‌پردازد. در این پژوهش، داده‌ها به روش ترکیبی و از طریق پرسشنامه‌های فرسودگی شغلی معلمان و کلاس ایدئال آموزش زبان انگلیسی به کودکان از ۳۴۷ معلم جمع‌آوری شد. همچنین ۴۰ معلم تازه‌کار در مصاحبه‌های گروهی شرکت کردند. یافته‌های کمّی نشان داد تصور ذهنی معلمان به‌طور معناداری دو زیرمؤلفة فرسودگی شغلی را پیش‌بینی می‌کند. داده‌های کیفی نیز موانع محیطی تحقق تصورات ایدئال معلمان را آشکار ساخت. نتایج حاکی از آن است که تصور معلمان زبان انگلیسی از کلاس درس، سازه‌ای پویا و چندبُعدی است که تحت تأثیر عوامل زمینه‌ای، سازمانی و فردی قرار دارد. این پژوهش، درک ما را از چگونگی تعامل تصورات حرفه‌ای با واقعیت‌های محیط کار ارتقا می‌بخشد.
