ریشه‌ها و روش‌های کاهش اضطراب در یادگیری زبان انگلیسی

چکیده
 اضطراب تأثیر قابل‌توجهی بر فرآیند یادگیری، به‌ویژه در یادگیری زبان‌های خارجی دارد. این نوع از احساسات می‌تواند به یکی از موانع جدی در یادگیری زبان انگلیسی به‌عنوان زبان خارجی ( EFL) تبدیل و حتی در برخی موارد منجر به ترک تحصیل زبان‌آموزان شود. پژوهش حاضر از مطالعات موجود در این زمینه، که در سال‌های اخیر به‌ویژه در مقالات سال‌های ۲۰۲۳ و ۲۰۲۴ میلادی توسعه یافته‌اند، بهره گرفته است. راهبرد کلی این مطالعات شامل شناخت چیستی اضطراب، دلایل پیدایش آن و چگونگی مواجهه با آن در کلاس‌های زبان است. با ادغام یافته‌های مطالعات روانشناسی مرتبط با اضطراب و تحقیقات آموزشی در این حوزه، یک جمع‌بندی کامل و عملی ارائه شده است. این تحقیق با شناسایی و استخراج ۲۳ راهبرد کاهش اضطراب در کلاس‌های آموزش زبان انگلیسی به‌عنوان زبان خارجی، به ارتقای مهارت‌های زبانی زبان‌آموزان و بهبود فرآیند آموزش در مؤسسات آموزش زبان کشور کمک می‌کند
