چکیده

در جوامع امروزه با پررنگ شدن اهمّیّت یادگیری زبان انگلیسی به‌عنوان زبان علم و ارتباطات، پرداختن به مقولۀ موفّقیت معلّم زبان انگلیسی ضروری است. این مفهوم تابه‌حال در کنار مفاهیم گوناگونی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌است، امّا به نظر می‌رسد نقش دل‌نگرانی معلّم که توانایی عاطفی و شناختی وی برای فهم و پاسخ‌دهی به موقعیت هیجانی، ذهنی و احساسی زبان‌آموزان است، در موفّقیت وی مورد غفلت قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش، محقّقان با انتخاب و بررسی مطالعاتی در زمینۀ موفّقیت معلّم زبان علاوه‌ بر استخراج متغیرهایی که در کنار موفّقیت معلّم مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند، دریافتند که بین میزان دغدغه‌مندی معلّمان زبان برای فراگیران‌ و موفّقیت آنان می‌تواند رابطه وجود داشته باشد. نتایج حاصل می‌تواند به مدرّسان دوره‌های تربیت‌معلّم، معلّمان زبان انگلیسی، زبان ‌آموزان و محققان کمک کند
