چکیده

با توجه به نقش باورها در فراگیری زبان دوم و اهمیت بسندگی در برنامه‌های آموزشی زبان انگلیسی، پژوهش پیش‌رو به روش کیفی و با استفاده از مصاحبة نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته به بررسی مفهوم بسندگی از منظر سیاست‌گذاران آموزشی، مدرسان و فراگیران زبان انگلیسی در ایران پرداخته است. مصاحبه‌ها پس از گردآوری ضبط و پیاده‌سازی، به کمک نرم‌افزار تحلیل کیفی MAXQDA مضامین آن‌ها شناسایی، کدگذاری و دسته‌بندی گردیدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری و رسیدن تعداد مصاحبه‌شوندگان به 20 نفرادامه یافت. تحلیل کیفی متون بیانگر وجود تنوع و گوناگونی دیدگاه‌ها و باورها در زمینة ماهیت و خصوصیات بسندگی، رویکردهای آموزشی، شیوه‌های اندازه‌گیری و اهداف آموزشی مورد نظر گروه‌های مصاحبه‌شونده بود. براساس یافته‌ها و برای نزدیکی بیشتر باورها، افزایش انگیزه بیشتر در رشد بسندگی زبان انگلیسی فراگیران و کمک به رضایت شغلی مدرسان، پیشنهادها و طرحی آموزشی ارائه شده است. یافته‌ها و راهکار پیشنهادی در این پژوهش می‌تواند برای طراحان برنامه‌های درسی زبان دوم، سیاست‌گذاران آموزشی، معلمان و فراگیران زبان انگلیسی مفید باشد.
