تجربة بازیکنان و کیفیت محلی‌سازی: شواهدی از محلی‌سازی بازی‌ها به زبان فارسی

چکیده
تأثیر کیفیت محلی‎‌سازی بازی‌های ویدئویی بر تجربة بازیکن‌ها حوزه‌ای نوین است که هنوز به‌صورت تجربی مورد بررسی گسترده پژوهش‌گران قرار نگرفته است. در این راستا، 30 بازیکن‌ معمولی (در دو گروه ۱۵ نفره) در پژوهش شبه‌آزمایشی حاضر شرکت کردند. شرکت‌کنندگان در گروه A نسخه باکیفیت و گروه B نسخة بی‌کیفیت بازی مافیا: ویرایش نهایی (۲۰۲۰) را بازی کردند. ایرادهای کیفی موجود در نسخة بی‌کیفیت بازی عبارت بودند از ایرادهای زبانی از جمله ترجمة نادرست، ترجمة ناقص، ترجمة ناهماهنگ عبارات، ایرادهای نگارشی، و ترجمه‌های نادرست بافتی که در سه موقعیت مختلف در بازی به وقوع پیوستند. تجربة بازیکن‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامة غرق‌شدگی ارزیابی شد. علاوه بر این، ادراک ذهنی بازیکن‌ها از ایرادهای کیفی موجود در هر دو نسخة فارسی بازی بررسی شد. براساس نتایج، تفاوت چشم‌گیری میان دو گروه از حیث نمرات غرق‌شدگی بازیکن‌ها حاصل نشد، اما ایرادهای کیفی بیشتری در گروه B به ادراک بازیکن‌ها رسیده بود، مخصوصاً در شرایطی که شرایط بازی در سطح تعامل‌پذیری پایین‌تری قرار داشت.
