درک معلمان زبان انگلیسی به‌عنوان زبان خارجی در مورد امید عملی: پژوهشی کیفی در مدارس دولتی

چکیده
این پژوهش کیفی به بررسی برداشت معلمان زبان انگلیسی پیش از ‌خدمت، شاغل و بازنشسته از مفهوم امید  مبتنی بر عمل، در مدارس دولتی گرگان، ایران پرداخت. پژوهشگران با ۴۲ شرکت‌کننده، شامل ۱۳ معلم پیش از ‌خدمت، ۱۶ معلم شاغل و ۱۳ معلم بازنشسته مصاحبه کردند تا درک‌های عمیق و پیامدهای امید مبتنی بر عمل را در آموزش انگلیسی به‌عنوان زبان خارجی بررسی کنند. با استفاده از چارچوب نظریة داده‌بنیاد سازنده و تحلیل داده‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا نسخة 24، ۴۶ کد اولیه شناسایی و به ۲۵ گروه موضوعی دسته‌بندی شد. فرایند مذکور به توسعة مدلی از امید مبتنی بر عمل منجر شد که با چهار عنصر کلیدی مشخص می‌شود: توانمندسازی و عاملیت، محیط‌های یادگیری مشارکتی، تأمل انتقادی و آگاهی اجتماعی، و شیوه‌های آموزشی نوآورانه. یافته‌ها بر اهمیت پرورش امید مبتنی بر عمل برای افزایش اثربخشی معلمان و بهبود نتایج دانش‌آموزان تأکید می‌کند و بینش‌هایی را ارائه می‌دهد که می‌تواند راهنمایی برای استراتژی‌های آینده آموزش زبان باشد.
