هدایت زبان‌ها: تأثیر جابه‌جایی زبانی بر روانی و تمایل به برقراری ارتباط زبان‌آموزان ایرانی

چکیده
مطالعۀ حاضر به بررسی تأثیر جابه‌جایی زبانی بر زبان‌آموزان ایرانی می‌پردازد که زبان انگلیسی را به‌عنوان زبان خارجی یاد می‌گیرند و تمرکز آن بر تأثیر این موضوع بر تمایل به برقراری ارتباط و روانی گفتار در زبان دوم است. جابه‌جایی زبانی که به معنای تغییر متناوب بین زبان‌ها در جریان گفتگو تعریف می‌شود، به‌عنوان عاملی تسهیل‌کننده یا مانع در برقراری ارتباط مؤثر موردبررسی قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش از رویکرد روش‌های ترکیبی بهره گرفته و با استفاده از ارزیابی‌های کمّی از تمایل به برقراری ارتباط و روانی گفتار، به همراه مصاحبه‌های کیفی برای بررسی تجربیات زبان‌آموزان، یافته‌های خود را استخراج کرده است. نتایج نشان داد جابه‌جایی زبانی می‌تواند تمایل به برقراری ارتباط و روانی گفتار زبان‌آموزان را بهبود بخشد. علاوه بر این، نتایج مصاحبه‌ها نشان داد از دیدگاه زبان‌آموزان، ایجاد اعتمادبه‌نفس و راحتی رایج‌ترین دلیل استفاده از جابه‌جایی زبانی بوده است؛ درحالی‌که توسعۀ مهارت‌های فراشناختی کمترین نقش را در این زمینه داشته است.
