تقویت درک شنیداری انگلیسی به‌عنوان زبان خارجی از طریق تمرین حافظه کاری در قالب آموزش آنلاین استراتژی‌های فراشناختی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر تأثیر آموزش شناختی-فراشناختی ترکیبی بر درک مطلب شنیداری فراگیران ایرانی سطح متوسط زبان انگلیسی را بررسی کرد. بدین منظور، ۸۳ فراگیر از طریق آزمون نلسون شناسایی و به گروه آزمایشی اول (۱۹ نفر)، گروه آزمایشی دوم (۲۱ نفر)، گروه آزمایشی سوم (۲۰ نفر) و گروه کنترل (۲۳ نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های آزمایشی تحت آموزش آنلاین استراتژی‌های شنیداری از طریق تمرین آنلاین حافظه کاری صرف، آموزش آنلاین استراتژی های فراشناختی صرف، و تمرین حافظه کاری در قالب آموزش آنلاین استراتژی های فراشناختی قرار گرفتند؛ اما گروه کنترل آموزش شنیداری آنلاین متداول را دریافت کرد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش ترکیبی آنلاین به طور قابل توجهی درک مطلب شنیداری این شرکت‌کنندگان را تقویت کرد. علاوه بر این، نتایج مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته مؤید آن بود که آموزش آنلاین استراتژی های فراشناختی صرف به‌طور ویژه درک مهارت شنیداری را تقویت نمود؛ حال آنکه تمرین آنلاین حافظه کاری صرف تأثیر بسزایی در کاهش اضطراب شنیداری زبان خارجی داشت.
