چکیده

هویت شغلی معلمان به‌عنوان قلب تپنده فرایند حرفه‌ای شدن معلم از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. همگام با این رویکرد نوین، این پژوهش با هدف ساخت و هنجاریابی پرسشنامه هویت شغلی دانشجو‌ معلمان رشته دبیری زبان انگلیسی انجام پذیرفت. با مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق در حوزه هویت شغلی معلمان و بررسی پرسشنامه‌های طراحی‌شده، عوامل و گویه‌های مرتبط با این مؤلفه انتخاب شدند. پس از اطمینان از پایایی و روایی محتوایی، پرسشنامه‌ای با 45 گویه ساخته و توسط 186 نفر از دانشجو‌ معلمان رشته دبیری زبان انگلیسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان تکمیل شد. به‌منظور بررسی ساختار عاملی پرسشنامه از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی استفاده گردید. نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی نشان داد هویت شغلی دانشجو‌ معلمان این رشته از هفت عامل نگرش‌های حرفه‌ای (6 گویه)، تعهد شغلی (4 گویه)، خودپنداری (7 گویه)، خودکارآمدی (5 گویه)، انگیزه شغلی (9 گویه)، تعلق شغلی (5 گویه) و هویت جمعی (4 گویه) تشکیل‌شده است. لذا پرسشنامه طراحی‌شده قابلیت سنجش هویت شغلی دانشجو‌ معلمان رشته دبیری زبان انگلیسی را دارد. این پرسشنامه می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک ابزار مناسب برای سنجش هویت شغلی متقاضیان ورود به دانشگاه‌های تربیت‌ معلم مورداستفاده قرارگرفته و سیر تحول هویت شغلی آن‌ها را در طول دوره تحصیل از پذیرش تا دانش‌آموختگی مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد.
