چکیده

اصلی‌‌ترین هدف پژوهش پیش‌رو، استفاده از تحلیل آماری‌توصیفی جهت بررسی کیفیت خدمات ترجمه با رویکرد مشتری‌مداری در دارالترجمه‌های ایران است. علاوه بر این، دغدغۀ اصلی این مطالعه حل معضل خستگی و ابهامات تصمیم‌‎گیرندگان در حوزۀ ارزیابی کیفی خدمات ترجمه با استفاده از روش‌های مختلف مشتری‌مداری است. این تحقیق با همکاری 60 نفر از خبرگان علمی و با ترکیب دو روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند و گلولۀ برفی انجام شده است. در این راستا، مجموعه‌ای از داده‌های به‌دست آمده از ابزار اندازه‌‌‌‌‌‌گیری و تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت خدمات ترجمه در ایران با رویکرد مشتری‌مداری در دارالترجمه‌های کشور، در بهمن‌ماه سال 1396 تدوین گردید. با توجه به نظرات حرفه‌ای کارشناسان در زمینۀ بررسی کیفیت خدمات ترجمه در ایران در طیف هفتتایی مقیاس لیکرت، به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل مؤثر بر تحلیل کیفیت خدمات ترجمه در ایران با رویکرد مشتری‌مداری در دارالترجمه‌های کشور تعیین شد. سپس با مقایسۀ وضعیت عملکرد کنونی عوامل منتخب با توجه به اهمیت این عوامل تحلیل‌های مربوطه صورت گرفت. در نهایت، تحلیل‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که عملکرد کنونی فاکتورها در مؤسسات ارائه‌دهندة خدمات ترجمه در قیاس با میانگین عوامل مهم، بسیار ضعیف بوده و به نظر می‌رسد مدیران باید در خصوص این عوامل اقدامات لازم را به عمل بیاورند.
